Typical balding guy. Six months ago I started growing my hair long in front and brushing it straight back to cover the balding area. I was never crazy about that.
So yesterday I just had it all buzzed off.
Weird thing is, it looks OK - as long as I don't wear eyeglasses. Then I look ten years older.
A final clarification: Star anise is not an antibiotic, but a general immune system fortifier which acts against bacteria, viri, infections or whatever needs to be corrected. So it's irrelevant from a toxicology viewpoint whether it was bacterial or viral. As long as you had star anise in your system, you would survive. Knowledge was power.
I take star anise every day. I'm having some right now in my coffee.
Maybe by the truckload it's useful. Not in the quantities you're talking about.
Where do you get this shit? Late-night infomercials on AM radio?
You think that biowarfare is new? You think people suddenly understood microbes in the 19th century? You think thousands of years of Chinese medicine is based on nothing?
The bubonic plague did originate in China, it was propagated by Mongolians, it was known as the Plague of Justinian, the Turco-Mongols, do have a vested interest in Constantinople, and stated world domination plans themselves.
There is so much more to medicine and the control of medicine and disease, than the history books show.
Understand this: Comprehension of foods, diseases, medicines, herbal lore and medicinal foods is archaic. It is not an invention of the west.
"Chinese medicine?"
Ground up rhino horn, powdered lizard penis, shark fins, tea?
That's not medicine.
Look, next time you you have in infection - say, strep throat - instead of going to an MD in the US and getting amoxycillin to knock it the fuck out in 36 hours, go instead to a traditional Chinese doctor and tell me how the tea slurping and fish testicles work out.
But I'm fucking smart enough to know that we have real problems facing this country. And I know about Bread and Circuses.
But hey, let's make sure that an issue that affects .0009% of Americans is front and fucking center this election cycle...while a third of the children in this country eat off food stamps.
Just what are the "real" problems in your opinion?
Like everything else in history, they are primarily economic.
This country functions well as a 90% capitalist 10% socialist mix. We're not seeing that now.
Concentration of wealth at the top fucks over most people.
We're doing all kinds of crazy economic shit to try to keep the house of cards from collapsing, won't last forever, no new boom on the horizon.
If I had to answer your question with two words, they would be "tax policy."
Every election cycle this shit gets trotted out. Gay marriage. Abortion. Ngger enhancement. Flag burning.
Just a distraction. And 99% of Americans can't see past it and it's so fucking obvious.
Let me guess, you're part of the elite intelligentsia who can see past all of the haze with clairvoyance enough to see the end game?
Well ,no, knucklehead.
But I'm fucking smart enough to know that we have real problems facing this country. And I know about Bread and Circuses.

Low housing prices are good for consumers. I hope housing prices now move with inflation. That would be the best for everyone. A house is a place to live, not a fucking investment vehicle.
Low housing costs are good for everybody, actually (except banks).
People tend to buy shit to fill up/maintain their property.
This whole shitrain is really about protecting the bankers' paper.
"This is priceless. This woman is whining in the WSJ about how her husband doesn't go with her and the kids on family vacations for financial reasons. God, lady, he's taking a break from YOU."
